開山祖師王公笛卿夫子生平
王公笛卿夫子號竹笙又號雲天老人，道名極性，湖南平江人，幼讀詩書，聰慧異常，少懷慈悲救世救國之志，早年從軍至營長解甲，致力於弘揚廿字以挽世道人心。
Sir Wang, Master Di-Qing styles himself as 'Zhu-Sheng', also as 'Yun-Tian the old-man', was born in pingjiang county, hunan province, China. Master was bone with intelligent and wisdom, and well educated since he was a child. As he made up the mind to save the country when he just a boy, he joined the army when he was young, and after he retired as a battalion commander , he dedicated himself to carry forward the 'twenty words of truth' in order to save social moral and people's heart and soul.
夫子原靈清風古佛，於清光緒辛卯年１１月１１日，即１８９１年以分靈子路仙師臨凡倒裝，民國１５年皈依聖教，奉派江西萍薌，開壇弘道度人，為師尊親派天德聖教十八真君之一(清靈仁道顯德真君)，江西道務鼎盛並創設中小學十餘所，於南昌等十餘縣市遍設道壇，皈依天德聖教弟子達百萬人，中國精神之『廿字』蔚為風氣。
The 'Original Spirit' of Sir is 'Qing-Feng Buddha', one of the eighteen Zhenjun of Tian De religion(Qing ling ren dao xian de Zhenjun) who was named by Wu Xing Buddha, and became the reincarnation of 'Master Zilu' in November 11th 1891. Sir converted to 'Holy religion' ('De religion')in 1926, and was sent to Pingxiang Jiangxi province to saving people by established associations and preaching Tao of 'Tian De religion', more than dozen of primary and secondary schools and Tian De altar was created by Tian De religion all over Jiangxi province, more than one million followers converted themselves to Tian De religion, the Chinese spirit, 'twenty words of truth' became a growing trend.
１９４８年隨道務中心雲遊至香江，於１９５３年來台弘法，初期於高雄鐵路新村弘法佈道，數年間於台省遍設道壇，宏教佈道傳廿字福音，引度有緣廣種菩提，民國５５年閏３月４日申請『中國精神療養研究會』立案，奠定爾後弘揚教道及天德教立案之基。
Sir travelled along with Tao administration center to Hong Kong in 1948. In 1953, Sir propagated 'twenty words of truth' at railway village, Kaohsiung, Taiwan, a few years later Tian De altar located all over Taiwan to preaching Tao and helping people know 'twenty words of truth' better, Sir applied to government for the set up of
'Chinese mental therapy research association' in Intercalary March 3, 1966, this movement lay the foundation to carry forward Taoism, and founded of 'Tian De religion'.
祖師來台弘法演教２１年，早已修通覺證有無，接引皈依達十餘萬人，然駐世天命完成天年不假，祖師嚴緊磨勵秦道監大覺導師，承繫天德道統道脈，冀望聖教衣缽傳人，並稟明無形返天歸位，正值道氣鼎盛人事頃軋之時，於民國６4年農曆５月８日駕返凌雄無量壽宮，凡靈覺行果圓位證『圓明至聖佛』，乾坤弟子尊師公，是為天德聖教來台開山祖師。
During grand Master's 21years of preaching Tao and advocate 'Tian De religion' in Taiwan, several hundred thousand people has converted to 'Tian De religion', grand Master recognized the impermanence thoroughly, but the mission in human world is almost completed and his life is not much left, grand Master supervised great enlightened mentor, Master Qin , with strict management and diligent teaching, truly hope her can inherited 'Tian De religion'. In 1975, it's the heyday of Taoism and personnel strives were acute too, after reported to Wu Xing Buddha, grand Master back to his position at Holy mountain Amitayus palace, heaven in Lunar calendar May 8, merit completed in human world become 『Harmony, Bright and most Holy Buddha』, all disciples in the world honored grand Master as the founding master of Tian De religion in Taiwan.
